At Personality Journals™, your satisfaction is our top priority. If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, we’re here to make things right.
Eligibility for Refunds
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a refund for any reason if you’re unsatisfied with our product. After 30 days from your delivery date, you will no longer be eligible for a refund.
Non-Refundable Items
Please note that some items are not eligible for refunds, specifically our digital downloads. All purchases of our digital journals are final.
Refund Process
Once your return is received back at our warehouse, we will work to refund you as quickly as possible. Refunds will be processed shortly after arrival, with the credit automatically applied to your original payment method.
Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for covering the cost of return shipping, packaging and shipping labels. Unfortunately, shipping fees are non-refundable.
